ITANAGAR, 27 Jan: The state art and culture department, in collaboration with the National School of Drama (NSD), New Delhi, is hosting the 25th Bharat Rang Mahotsav – International Theatre Festival of India 2026 here from 30 January to 3 February.

This silver jubilee edition festival in Itanagar – one of 40 centres selected across the nation – will feature a total of five major plays, including three indigenous plays, alongside national productions by NSD artists.

The inauguration ceremony will be held at the DK Hall of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly on 30 January at 4 pm.

Following the opening day, the festival will shift to the DK Convention Centre here from 31 January, with daily performances commencing at 5 pm. (DIPR)
