NAMSAI, May 6: The community health centre (CHC) here in Namsai district will be soon upgraded to a full-fledged district hospital. This was disclosed by Namsai local MLA Chau Zingnu Namchoom through his Facebook handle.
“I am very pleased to inform that the community health centre at Namsai is now going to be upgraded to a full-fledged district hospital,” Namchoom said.
In absence of a good hospital, the people of Namsai and adjoining districts are, till date, compelled to visit neighbouring Assam for better health care services.
