TIGDO, Dec 21: Altogether 180 people benefited from a medical camp conducted by the 31st battalion of the ITBP at the government upper primary school here in Papum Pare district on Thursday.
Senior Medical Officer, Dr Ranju Teron, screened patients (including school children) and people with disabilities and special needs for various ailments, and provided free medicines.
31st ITBP Commandant, PN Prasad, spoke about the benefits of physical activities and yoga in daily life, saying yoga not only enhances physical strength but also contributes largely towards mental health and spiritual growth.
