Hyundai announces ‘free car care clinic’

NEW DELHI, Dec 21: Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer on Thursday announced the 25th edition of the nationwide ‘Free car care clinic’ on 18 December.
The customer connect programme, which began on 19 December will end on 25 December at over 1,300 service points across the country.
Speaking on the initiative, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. MD & CEO, YK Koo said, “Being a customer centric and a caring brand, Hyundai has always laid a strong emphasis on unique service initiatives. These efforts have made us achieve 1st rank in JD Power CSI (Customer Service Index) Syndicated Survey 2017 with a score of 923 making a strong service brand image within customers.”
The ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ will offer benefits as per the vehicle age to cater to the requirements of different customers along with the 90 point car check-up with examination of the engine, transmission, electrical system, under-body, AC, exterior, etc, Up to 10% discount on mechanical parts, 20% discount on labour (for 2 years old vehicles), Up to 25% discount on extended warranty for Creta and up to 20% discount on VAS products.
