ITANAGAR, 16 Aug: Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar announced the names of the state awardees and the winners of the CM’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration-2021 on the occasion of Independence Day this year.
The awards are traditionally handed over on the occasion of the Statehood Day the following year.
