ITANAGAR, 26 May: The postal service directorate has informed that the post offices (PO) under the Arunachal Pradesh postal division “migrated to core system integrator (CSI) on 26 May, 2022 for rendering of digital transaction, most reliable track and trace facilities and other benefits of digital India.”
Since the system is very new for all the employees, it may take 7-10 days to get accustomed with the system, it said.
“Coupled with poor connectivity, the service rendered may be erratic for some period of time,” it said, and requested the customers to bear with the temporary inconvenience.
