YINGKIONG, Mar 31: Three hundred people from Bomdo, Ramsing and adjacent villages in Upper Siang district benefited from medical camps conducted by the Garhwal Rifles at Bomdo and Ramsing villages on Friday, with assistance from the 356 field hospital and the 761 BRTF.
Organized by the Army as part of its ‘Operational Samaritan’, the camp had a team of four army doctors along with two civilian doctors from the Yingkiong general hospital who attended to patients suffering from common ailments such as fever, fungal infection, bowel diseases, and chronic medical illnesses.
They also distributed medicines for free. (DIPRO)
