ITANAGAR, 1 Aug: The office of the transmission, planning & monitoring zone chief engineer (power) has been shifted to the APSLDC building in Chimpu for a period of five months with effect from 25 July, in view of the renovation works being carried out at the Vidyut Bhavan, an official statement said on Friday.
