ITANAGAR, Sept 2: All Kurung Kumey District Students Union and Pisa Welfare Society have appealed to the investigating authority to unearth the culprit involved in the brutal murder of Pisa Tado whose body was reportedly found at Model Village, Naharlagun on August 31.
Expressing shock at alleged murder of late Tado, the organisations pleaded the authority to expedite the investigation so that culprit could be booked.
It is said that late Pisa was a student of Class XII and lived at A Sector, Naharlagun. His body was reportedly found under mysterious circumstances at Model Village from an artificial pond. The organisations stated that perpetrators behind the crime must be booked and awarded exemplary punishment.
