ITANAGAR, Jul 11: The All Arunachal Contractors’ Welfare Association (AACWA) has in a complaint letter to the Secretary Education-cum-SPD ISSE (RMSA) on Wednesday, alleged violation of norms pertaining to floating of tender process against construction of 100-bedded girls hostel at the Government Higher Secondary School in Mebo of East Siang district, and appealed to him to direct the East Siang DDSE-cum-DOM, RMSA to halt the tender process at the earliest.
The association claimed that the East Siang DDSE-cum-DOM, RMSA did not maintain CPWD norms under section 17 of clause 17.5 and gave only 10 days instead of 14 days time limit from the date of publishing of tender.
