ITANAGAR, Sep 3: APPSCCE aspirant Biken Nyicyor has said he was misquoted in the news headlined ‘Aggrieved candidates reiterate…’ which was published in the Monday issue of this daily.
Nyicyor said he was misquoted in his statement in the 11th paragraph which read “… that the errors in the question set were ‘human errors’ is a cheap reply.”
Nyicyor said he did not make such a statement.
This daily regrets the inadvertent error.
