ITANAGAR, Oct 10: The first Kalikho Pul State-Level Table Tennis Championship will be organized at the MLA Cottage Badminton Hall here from October 12 to 14 next.
Table Tennis Arunachal general secretary, Passang Dingla informed this during a press conference held at the Arunachal Press Club here on Wednesday.
Passang further said that a total of 86 players from 16 districts of the state have registered their names for the said tournament under sub-junior, junior and senior categories.
“Since we do not have national and international-level referees in the state, we have assigned three international level referees for the three-day event,” added Passang.
Formed in 2010, the Kalikho Pul State-Level Table Tennis Championship is affiliated to the Arunachal Pradesh Olympic Association Table Tennis Association of India.
