ROING, Nov 14: MLA Mutchu Mithi on Wednesday inaugurated a women’s fitness club at the Mipi Pene Cultural Centre, Ezengo here in Lower Dibang Valley district.
The centre has also a badminton court and equipments for table tennis.
“It is a step towards women empowerment in the area,’ Mutchu said after inaugurating the fitness centre. He appreciated Lower Dibang Valley Deputy Commissioner and the DSO for fulfilling the need of the women.
Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom advised the womenfolk to make utmost use of the facilities.
