NAGPUR, Nov 23: Border Roads Organisation (BRO) IES M Kishore Kumar was conferred the Maharashtra PWD Medal for the ‘best paper on construction’ instituted by the Maharashtra PWD during the Indian Road Congress (IRC) session held here on Friday.
Kumar was awarded for his paper titled ‘Deopani bridge – Gateway to Dibang Valley in Arunachal’, based on the bridge over the Eze river.
