ITANAGAR, Nov 30: The three-week-long skill development training, which was organised by Capital Complex administration in collaboration with North East Frontier Headquarters ITBP, concluded at the conference hall of office of the Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner, here on Friday.
Addressing the concluding programme, Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan urged the trainees to apply the knowledge and skills that they have learnt during the training.
He urged them to work in various automobile and tailoring shops etc. so as to increase their knowledge which will eventually help them set up their own business.
The DC also spoke about the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Swalamban Yojana which is specifically for the skilled youths and assured every help from the district administration in availing the scheme.
He assured help in registering their society in case if they want to start any entrepreneurial set up.
In this regard, a briefing session was also conducted at ITBP Headquarters for the trainees by the Nodal Officer CO Bittu Kri.
The Director Skill Development Subu Tabin encouraged the trainees to explore possibility of working with various organisations. He urged them to use the skill to become self employed.
He also explained about various schemes of the state government like Mudra Scheme, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Chief Ministers Yuva Kushal Yojana, Prime Ministers Employment Generation Programme etc.
He informed that various high skill training centres will be set up in the state soon.
Shreya Evani from Smart Village Movement briefed about their collaboration with the Government of Arunachal Pradesh and also assured to explore possibility of placement of the trainees in various companies.
Usha International Silai School briefed about their organization.
Topu Basar Ete also briefed about her institute.
Earlier, Puneet Sachdeva, Deputy Commandant ITBP had briefed about the whole training process.
Later, the DC and the Director distributed certificates of completion to the trainees. DIPRO
