NDRF conducts awareness programme

ITANAGAR, Nov 30: The 12th battalion of NDRF based at Doimuikh and Hollongi on Friday conducted mass awareness programme on how to react during emergency like earthquake, landslide, flood and other natural disasters. The personnel conducted mock drill and rescue exercises here at the premises of RK Mission Hospital.
The programme was held under the supervision of Commandant (medical) Dr G M Sharma, Assistant Commandant Vimal Gupta, team commander inspector Sunil Kumar Shanti along with 38 personnel of the 12th Battalion of NDRF.
RK Mission Secretary Swami Viswesnananda Maharaj, doctors, Para medical and officials including attendants of the patient and locals in large numbers were present on the occasion.
