AALO, Feb 13: The Galo Students’ Union (GSU) has urged the chief manager of State Bank of India (SBI), Aalo branch to improve the bank’s customer service by providing the basic facilities.
It urged the bank to make account opening forms available, restore passbook updating machine and start all the ATM booths in different places of Aalo town to cater to the banking needs of the people of the town.
The GSU also urged the branch manager to maintain a friendly relationship with customer.
The GSU said that it will launch a democratic movement, if the basic services are not improved. (DIPRO)
