ITANAGAR, May 29: A huge number of students attended the 10th edition of the SAPE’s ‘Career Fair’ which began at the Hotel Arun Subansiri here on Wednesday.
During the fair, students had the opportunity to explore and evaluate courses ranging from academics, professional and vocational ones, like advertising, animation, biotechnology, computer training, engineering, fashion designing, film technology, finance, graphic designing, hospitality and travel, medicine, research, sales and mass communication, management, engineering, law and others.
“Students who have just completed school are often in a dilemma about the career they should choose. Traditional options like medicine, engineering and LLB are there but over time, many non-conventional courses have come up and students and their parents might not be aware of them. The fair becomes helpful at this juncture,” said SAPE managing director Sanjay Thapa.
