ITANAGAR, Jun 4: Members of the All Nyishi Students’ Union (ANSU) on Tuesday met the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) chairman and sought declaration of the results of the postgraduate teachers (PGT) and trained graduate teachers (TGT) examinations before the start of the new academic session.
The union apprised the chairman of the problems being faced by the students due to shortage of subject teachers in various government schools.
“The students cannot avail full subject inputs and face a lot of problems to complete their syllabus on time, which has resulted in bad percentage in the last and the recently conducted board exams,” the union said.
The APPSC chairman assured the ANSU team that the results would be declared within a week, “after completion of some technical formalities.”
