PASIGHAT, Jun 10: School and college students participated in a mini-marathon organized here in East Siang district by NGO AYANG on Monday.
The marathon, which was flagged off by AYANG chairperson Aini Taloh, was aimed at creating awareness on voluntary blood donation.
Addressing the youths, Taloh advised them to remain physically and mentally fit and save lives by voluntarily donating blood.
She urged them to join her and become part of the voluntary blood donation camp which will be organized by the NGO at the blood bank of the Bakin Pertin General Hospital here on 14 June.
