PASIGHAT, Nov 12: East Siang DC Kinny Singh has issued a travel advisory, informing that the Pasighat-Roing route via Sisseri will be closed down “from 700 hrs to 1500 hrs on 15 November.”
The closure of the route is in view of the visit of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who is scheduled to inaugurate the bridge over the Sisseri river on 15 November.
Movement of vehicles (except for ambulances) would be strictly prohibited on the route, the advisory stated, and advised commuters to take an alternative route on the 15th to avoid inconvenience. (DIPRO)
