ITANAGAR, Nov 13: A house belonging to one Rumik Tare located near DC Bungalow was burnt down on Sunday afternoon. Informing this, All Tali Area Students Union has appealed to the government of Arunachal to offer help to the victim. The members of Union visited the victim and distributed relief materials. The fire reportedly broke out due to short circuit.
