ROING, Nov 15: Lower Dibang Valley Deputy Commissioner in-charge, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Cheshta Yadav reviewed the progress of works made under various line departments during a monthly coordination meeting here on Wednesday which was attended by various head of departments.
While stressing the need for proper monitoring and timely completion of all projects in the district, the ADC sought fresh status report on progress works of Hunli-Desali Inspection bungalow, maintenance works of Dambuk to Nizamghat road and other developmental works being executed by the PWD in the district. She also directed the EE PWD to constitute a district-level committee including CO (LM) as member to monitor the construction of district secretariat building.
In the meeting she instructed all line departments for proper monitoring of all undergoing works and urged them to submit status reports. She also directed DRDA, Roing to submit status report along with photographs of UTP Cell at Roing and multipurpose community hall and auditorium at Dambuk GHSS.
Various issues on Hunli township road under CRF schemes, flood control works at Sisar to Bizari, infrastructure development plan in Roing township under WRD, water line connection at JNV School, farm mechanization and implementation of various schemes under DUDA were also discussed in the meeting.
