BOMDILA, Jan 27: Karma Leki, who was earlier serving as the director of the Department of Karmik and Adhyatmik Affairs (DoKAA), took charge as the West Kameng deputy commissioner on Monday, following the transfer of incumbent Sonal Swaroop, who has been posted in the state capital as the UD&H and town planning secretary, with the additional charge of DoKAA.
