CHIMPU, Mar 13: Gora Makik SC (GMSC) will take on Capital Complex FC in the title clash of the Indrajit Namchoom Arunachal League (INAL) at the Sangay Lhaden Sports Academy’s artificial turf ground here on Saturday.
GMSC would be defending the title for the second consecutive time.
The two sides faced off each other twice so far in the ongoing league. While CCFC had lost 1-2 to GMSC in the league, they defeated the latter 5-4 in penalty shootout after a nail-biting finish in the first semifinal (Qualifier 1).
GMSC ensured their final berth after winning the eliminator.
From record, it appears that both teams are of equal strength and ability and there is no clear favourite.
Besides the two finalists, the other teams were Todo United FC, Bamang Taji FC, Kargu Kardi FC and Keyi Panyor FC.
The league had started on 12 February after its formal launch in Namsai by DCM Chowna Mein on 26 January.
