ITANAGAR, Nov 23: The All Kakoi Circle Youth Association (AKCYA) has in a release on Thursday appealed to the state government to initiate CBI inquiry into the death of former MLA and Agriculture Marketing Board Chairman, Ngurang Pinch to unearth the truth surrounding his death.
It has also threatened to resort to democratic action in case the authorities fail to launch a CBI investigation within a week.
