Meritorious badminton players felicitated

ITANAGAR, Aug 29: Meritorious sportspersons in the field of badminton were felicitated on the annual felicitation programme of the Arunachal State Badminton Association (ASBA) and in tune with the National Sports Day by the ASBA at the MLA Cottage Badminton Stadium on Tuesday.
Addressing the top-ranked shuttlers of the state, ASBA president Techi Rotu expressed confidence of producing players who can represent the state and country in various national and international arenas with the support of the state government.
ASBA Chairman Bamang Tago congratulated all the players of the state who were felicitated by the government in a different ceremony earlier on the day.
Further, the state’s badminton players’ rankings were also announced on the occasion.
