BOMDILA, Sep 8: A convergence meeting under Shyama Prasad Mukherji Rurban Mission (SPMRM) and Nafra Rurban cluster under West Kameng district was held here on Friday.
Rural Development Special Secretary, Nyali Ete in his presentation dealt at length on the convergence module of Rurban and preparation of Integrated Cluster Action Plan (ICAP) under Nafra Rurban Cluster. He impressed upon NRUM’s vision which envisages development of a cluster of villages that preserve and nurture the essence of rural community life with focus on equity and inclusiveness.
He appealed to the Govt officers for their cooperation in completing the process of ICAP preparation in the Nafra Rurban cluster.
Joint Director (Tech) M Ronya spoke on the aim and objectives of Rurban. Ronya also highlighted the technical problems and the means to fill up the critical gap of DPR of line departments under Rurban mission.
Earlier, PD DRDA, Tasso Gambo called upon the line departments to put a concerted effort and help in making Nafra Rurban Cluster a reality. DIPRO
