ITANAGAR, Sep 12: The NSS unit of Dera Natung Government College organised an induction-cum-orientation programme for over 200 newly inducted NSS volunteers on September 12 in the college premises.
Program Officer, Tao Abo highlighted the aims and objectives of the NSS and appealed to the volunteers to uphold the NSS motto of “Not Me But You” and to remain connected with the society and grow through social services.
State NSS cell SLO, Dr A I Singh emphasised on the role of NSS volunteers in nation building and in making a society corruption-free through knowledge and moral values. He also highlighted the various programmes to be held at various districts of Arunachal Pradesh in the days to come.
