ITANAGAR, Sep 18: The state unit of Bharatiya Majdoor Sangh (BMS) and All Arunachal Pradesh Workers Union on Monday observed National Labour Day here.
Addressing the gathering, BMS Zonal Secretary (NE) Sunil Kirwai said that the state should take the path of industrialisation which would in turn provide employment opportunities. He appealed to the labour community to work sincerely with a sense of nation building and to get the wage as equivalent for it.
BMS state Convenor cum Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (APB & OCWWB) Chairman, Jalley Sonam also attended as resource person and dwelt at length about trade union activities in the context of Arunachal Pradesh
He appealed to the trade union leader to avoid illegal activities and work for the trade union in constructive way.
