ITANAGAR, Sep 27: Residents of Upper P-Sector Romi-Colony Welfare Society (UPSRCWS) conducted a cleanliness drive in the colony here on Wednesday. The organizing committee of the drive led by UPSRCWS General Secretary appealed to the residents to extend all out support to the committee to maintain cleanliness in the colony.
