ITANAGAR, Oct 2: Three weavers and six designers from Arunachal Pradesh participated in the Nagaland edition of the North East India Fashion Week (NEIFW), which was held on September 30 in Dimapur.
The Nagaland edition of the North East India Fashion Week was the build up for the premier fashion event’s third edition to be held in Itanagar during November.
The Nagaland edition of the event, christened ‘The Khadi Movement- Assam Edition’ on Saturday evening, was an insight to what is in store for the guests at the three-day fashion extravaganza in Itanagar.
The Nagaland edition witnessed the participation of over 20 designers and indigenous weavers.
From Arunachal, three weavers, Hibu Ollo, Seema Mena and Ratan Yak and six designers, Milli Indira Dango, Arang Biri, Nabam Chunkap, Tasso Lily, Ratan Utte and Renu Tage Logum participated.
