ITANAGAR, Oct 17: The All Arunachal Pradesh Un-employed Youth Association (AAPUYA) has in a representation to the state Commissioner Power on Tuesday demanded blacklisting of M/S K T Enterprises ‘C’ Sector, Naharlagun from executing contract works under government departments, alleging that the said firm has executed contract works through fraudulent means.
“The Superintending Engineer (E), A.P Electrical Circle No. VII, Department of Power, Lohit district, Tezu had on June 6, 2017 lodged an FIR before the Officer in Charge, Police Station, Lohit against M/S K T Enterprises for cheating. The police have also registered a case vide FIR/Tezu P.S Case No. 36, dated 8/6/2017, GD No. 13/2017 under section 468 IPC after due preliminary verification of the case and the prima facie case of forgery was well established against the said firm”, the Association informed.
It further urged the state government to blacklist the enterprise within 14 days so that the said firm may not participate in any future tender process initiated by the government.
