MECHUKHA, Oct 18: At least 35 beneficiaries were provided free LPG connections under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana at M/s RagyorIndane Gas Agency, Mechukha on Wednesday.
LPG connection cards were handed over to the beneficiaries by Mechukha CO, R K Sona and Mechuka ASM, Kamlera Mossing.
Beneficiaries from Monigong, Tato and Mechuka received one LPG cylinder each, along with a stove under the scheme.
Speaking on the occasion, the Mechuka CO highlighted the scheme and its importance. He also briefed about various central schemes for the welfare of public, especially villagers. He advised the beneficiaries to make proper use of LPG and take precaution while using it.
