YACHULI, Nov 7: A mass social service was conducted on Tuesday in the premises of Government Middle School Miya, Kugi- Tago Sub Health Center and surroundings of Tom Miya Baptist Church on the occasion of the 16th death anniversary of former HGB and ASM of Miya village late Likha Pon.
The mass social service was organized and supported by the NGO, Likha Pon Foundation (LPF). The LPF also distributed water filters and games and sports equipment to the school and church, besides distributing water filters to BPL families.
Joining the programme, former Zilla Parishad Chairman of Lower Subansiri district, Likha Tongum and LPF Chairman, Likha Togu exhorted the public, Panchayat leaders and government staff to maintain clean and hygienic surroundings.
