ITANAGAR, Nov 20: In a representation to the Chief Engineers of WRD, RWD, PWD, PHED, Electrical and other heads of departments, the Mengio Circle Contractor Association (MCCA) has in a release appealed to them to ensure that all kinds of works sanctioned under the SADA, SIDF, RE, NEC, NLCPR, CRF, RIDF and CAMPA be executed against Mengio Circle through tender system.
It has also appealed to the HoDs and the Executive Engineers of respective departments not to grant permission for advance execution of the work to any individual in future as it would lead to sub-standard work.
Claiming that the work executed through tender system will ensure quality of work as the most experienced and capable firms will get the opportunity to execute the work, the Association urged them to avoid advance execution of any kind of work within Mengio Circle to avoid multiple discrepancies.
