ITANAGAR, Dec 5: MLA Tamar Murtem has donated a scooter to a differently-abled person, one Pegmir Tupa, on Tuesday.
While donating the scooter at the latter’s residence, the MLA said every citizen should have equal opportunities and enjoy the benefit of development.
He also urged the people of the newly-created Kamle district to work together to bring rapid development in the district.
