ITANAGAR, Dec 8: The Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Naveen Verma called on Governor Dr BD Mishra at Raj Bhavan here on Friday.
They discussed issues related to the development of Arunachal Pradesh.
The governor emphasized on the need to develop the tourism industry in the state. Reiterating on connectivity, the governor said that roads and air connectivity schemes must be promoted by the DoNER ministry on priority basis for the state.
The governor also stressed on expediting the development projects under the DoNER and the NEC in Arunachal Pradesh. (PRO to Governor)
