AALO, Dec 19: Power yoga, pranayama, breathing and meditation techniques were imparted to government officials of West Siang district during a workshop organized by the Art of Living (AoL) in the DC’s conference hall here on Monday.
Explaining about the benefits of practicing yoga, senior yoga teacher, Suchandan, said the AoL course helps in leading a stress- and disease-free life, and in controlling anger, depression, anxiety, and bad habits. (DIPRO)
