ITANAGAR, Dec 22: The Directorate of Field Publicity (DFP) organized a workshop on agriculture flagship schemes under a special outreach programme here on Friday.
State Agriculture Marketing Director, Kesang Tsering, briefed the field publicity officers from different districts about the farmers’ welfare schemes like MOVCD, PKVY, NAMSA, etc, while Joint Agriculture Director, Tadu Game, spoke on soil health card and centrally- and state-sponsored schemes for the agriculture sector.
Naharlagun ADO T Taura informed about palm oil production.
DDK Itanagar’s Assistant Programme Director Sanjib Borthakur and BSI scientist Dr Krishna Chaulu also spoke.
