Seminar on superior learning held

NAHARLAGUN, Dec 23: ‘Learn with an Edge’, a seminar to address the state’s literacy rate and related issues was held at a city hotel here on Saturday.
The seminar was held by a team of experienced teachers, IITians and people from various reputed universities, led by Tadar Amar, who is among the first learning strategists in the state.
Hundreds of students from different schools in the capital attended the seminar, where Amar trained them with tools and techniques for superior learning. He trained the students on ways to handle examinations effectively and score colourful marks.
Soilen Phukan, a chemistry teacher with more than 12 years of experience in teaching, gave tips and tricks for Chemistry and other Science subjects.
Attending the seminar, Advisor to the Chief Minister, Tai Tagak, asked students to expand their knowledge and to be creative, confident and participatory, and to never stop learning.
AAPSU Spokesperson Tadar Takiang, who was also the sponsor of the programme, said that he would take all the knowledge he received through the seminar and apply them in his daily life.
Students also expressed their excitement and said that the seminar was refreshing and enlightening.
The seminar concluded with an interactive session between the students and the team members.
