Army pre-recruitment training begins

ITANAGAR, Jan 10: The pre-recruitment training for the proposed Army Recruitment Rally, which is scheduled to be held from 5 to 8 February, started at Indira Gandhi Park here on Wednesday.
A host of Army officials are imparting the pre-recruitment training, which is being conducted jointly by the administrations of Capital Complex and Papum Pare.
The coordinators from Capital Complex and Papum Pare, EACs Toko Babu and Kapter Ringu informed that of the total 40 youths that turned up on Wednesday, 28 boys among them have qualified for the pre-recruitment training.
Out of those 28 who have qualified, seven had already registered for the army recruitment rally and the remaining 21 were registered at the office of the DC, ICC informed Toko Babu.
ADC Talom Dupak and Yupia SDO Tabang Bodung have been made the nodal officers for the same.
Itanagar-Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner, Prince Dhawan has appealed to the youths to avail the opportunity as the training would guide them to do better in the rally later.
The pre-recruitment training will be held till 12 January. (DIPRO)
