CM assures to place fund for development of Divisional Commissioner’s Office

YAZALI, Jan 31: Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday announced that government will develop Divisional Commissioner’s Office, Yachuli to make it more efficient.
Pema informed that in the budget, provisions will be kept for infrastructure development of Divisional Commissioner’s Office.
The CM assured this while attending a BJP programme here.
He informed that state government has decided to accord 1% free power share for local area development from the revenue generated from 405MW Ranganadi hydro power project.
The chief minister appreciated the visionary step by the people of Yazali who had welcomed the construction of a dam in their area, which is now meeting the power requirements of the state capital and various districts in Arunachal.
During the programme, Congress party workers of 16th Yachuli Assembly Constituency merged en-bloc to the BJP party in presence of State BJP President Tapir Gao, Parliamentary Secretaries Likha Saaya, Tamar Murtem and Tage Taki.
Terming the day as historic, Pema applauded the Yachuli constituency for becoming ‘Congress mukt’. He said after joining into BJP party fold there is no difference between newcomer and the old party members.
The chief minister said the BJP government in the state is completely focused on bringing transparency, corruption control and employment generation.
He said under BJP, the state government has achieved its 90% of work and solved many pending issues inherited from the previous governments.
