ITANAGAR, Feb 3: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee has expelled Lower Subansiri Zilla Parishad Chairperson (ZPC) Hage Kobing from membership of the Indian National Congress (INC) for six years for alleged anti-party activities.
