ITANAGAR, Feb 5: The Jiji Jilen Welfare Society (JJWS) observed its 13th foundation day here on Monday.
During the programme, members of the JJWS reiterated their mission to ‘uplift the ideology of preserving the environment and working together for the betterment of the society and the state,’ it said in a release.
JJWS chairman Pesi Rida Jilen urged the members to pledge to work for a better society and uplift of the state, and to discard any social evils prevalent in the society.
Jiji Jilen members from across the state participated in the programme, it said.
