ROING, Feb 14: As part of the CSR activities, the NHPC Dibang Multipurpose Project (DMP) on Wednesday presented a cheque for Rs 3, 26,400 to Ego Doye, Deputy Director School Education of Lower Dibang Valley district.
The cheque was handed over by Gobinda Baidya, Executive Director, DMP.
The money will be further distributed to 39 meritorious students from economically weaker families of government schools under Lower Dibang Valley district.
The programme, organized at the DMP training hall, was attended by Obang Langkam, Block Education Officer and Bengia Nyer, Manager (Civil) / Co-ordinator, CSR Committee, DMP along with students and senior personnel of DMP.
