Roing gets trauma care centre

ROING, Feb 17: The district hospital here in Lower Dibang Valley district got a new trauma care centre, which was inaugurated by MLA Mutchu Mithi on Saturday.
Also inaugurating a welcome gate here, Mithi lauded the UD & housing department for the “well-made infrastructure” in the town.
The trauma care centre has been developed under SADA 2016-17 with Rs 81 lakh, and the welcome gate has been constructed under SADA 2016-17 with Rs 80 lakh.
“The issues with infrastructure development can be solved, but the problem of manpower shortage in the health sector is a problem all over the state,” Mithi said, and promised to pursue the matter at the highest level.
Mithi suggested that corporate houses adopt a section, cell or wing of the hospital and provide manpower and equipment, “so that people can get all the facilities in the district hospital itself.”
He also said Roing town is “progressing rapidly with the cooperation between the government departments and the people.”
The UD & housing deputy director also spoke.
ADC Chestha Yadav, SP SK Sain, HoDs, panchayat members, doctors, medical staff and others were present during the inauguration. (DIPRO)
