ITANAGAR, Feb 17: The Nyokum Yullo celebration here was declared open by Likabali MLA Kardo Nyigyor on Saturday at the Nyokum Lapang ground here.
The traditional food stalls and games and sports activities were also inaugurated by the MLA, who was accompanied by Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan and local MLA Techi Kaso.
