ITANAGAR, Mar 6: A blood donation camp was organised by the NSS-unit of Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic (RGGP), here in collaboration with the Arunachal Vivekananda Yuva Shakti (AVYS).
More than 40 units of blood were donated to the RK Mission Hospital.
Principal Dr AK Tripathy encouraged the students for voluntary blood donation, while AVBDO Chairman Ramesh Jeke highlighted the importance of blood donation and role of NSS for the betterment of the society.
Programme Officer (NSS) Rinchin Tashi Tsumkhapa, Assistant Programme Officer Kamlit Monchang, along with students and staffs actively participated in the event.
