Food processing training under NERCORMP held

CHANGLANG, Mar 10: The North Eastern Region Community Resource Management Project (NERCORMP) in Changlang has organized a food processing training programme for its community members at ‘Meira Foods’ Imphal in Manipur recently.
A renowned entrepreneur and food technologist H Shubhra Devi of Manipur was the resource person of the training. The training module consisted of pickle, candy, bakery and snack making and preparation of jam and chutney.
After the first phase, the NERCORMP would also organize second phase of training programme to improve entrepreneurship skills of its community members. (DIPRO)
